About Tom

Tom Swarbrick is a construction lawyer with a focus on the energy sector. He has represented governments, developers, funders and contractors in relation to major projects in the oil and gas and power sectors. Tom has particular experience of projects in Africa and the Middle East.

Ophir Energy plc — $2 billion floating LNG project offshore Equatorial Guinea, including host government arrangements, LNG sales agreements, chartering agreements, joint venture arrangements, project financing and construction

EOG Resources, Inc. — various contract packages, including transportation and installation, fabrication and installation and other related contract packages for its offshore developments in Trinidad and Tobago

Genel Energy plc — construction matters in the Bina Bawi field in Kurdistan and in Morocco

Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan — development of the Kashagan oil field, the largest discovered, undeveloped oil field in the world

Consortium comprising Saudi Oger and Arabia Group — project development and financing of a 50 MW solar PV project in Jordan
