Tim focuses his practice on energy and infrastructure matters. He helps advise clients on transactions across the electric power, oil and gas, and infrastructure industries with an emphasis on the purchase and sale and development of conventional and renewable energy projects. His clients include developers, independent power producers, investor-owned utilities and private equity funds.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Tim completed a legal fellowship at the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) and worked in the office of U.S. Representative Richard E. Neal.
