Madeline Fogel is a litigator who handles complex commercial disputes, white-collar defense and government enforcement and investigations, which includes advising clients on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), economic sanctions, anti-money laundering and fraud claims and investigations. Madeline has experience representing clients in federal and state court in various sectors, including energy, finance, private equity, healthcare and food services. 

She also has experience handling intellectual property litigation and disputes, including matters involving patent and trademark infringement.

As pro bono counsel, Madeline represents incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals in federal court seeking compensation for the deprivation of constitutional rights, and individuals seeking asylum with the United States Customs and Immigration Service and in Immigration Court.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Madeline served as law clerk to the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
