Bagyasree (Bagya) Nambron is a senior banking and finance lawyer with over 20 years of international experience, qualified to practise in the UK, Ireland and India. She has significant expertise in project and export finance, regularly advising on complex, cross-border transactions involving leading export credit agencies and multilateral institutions.

Bagya acts for international clients across a broad range of sectors, including renewable energy, power, infrastructure, petrochemicals, oil and gas, transportation, natural resources, pulp and paper and telecommunications. Her experience spans both private practice and in-house roles, with a strong focus on emerging markets throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Most recently, Bagya undertook a secondment with Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company P.J.S.C. – Masdar, where she supported the BESS and renewables teams on projects across Africa and Asia.
