Kaylee Henson represents companies and executives across a wide range of industries in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings and in compliance, risk assessment and mitigation, and negotiations aimed at preemptive dispute resolution. Her practice involves government enforcement and investigation matters, corporate compliance and governance, complex commercial disputes, litigation, appeals and arbitration, regulatory services, and healthcare litigation and arbitration. She proactively advises clients on internal investigations, SEC and DOJ inquiries and compliance issues for public and private entities.

Outside of her legal practice, Kaylee is an active volunteer and serves as a board member for an education foundation for a local public school district.
