Dylan Pasiuk is a Principal in Bracewell’s Policy Resolution Group, where he focuses on federal legislative and regulatory lobbying before Congress and the Executive Branch. He advises clients on developing and executing advocacy strategies, navigating Capitol Hill, and engaging directly with congressional offices and federal agencies to advance policy priorities. Dylan regularly leads outreach to lawmakers and staff, drafts advocacy and lobbying materials, and counsels clients on issues impacting their work.

Dylan represents clients across a broad range of issue areas, including healthcare, defense, taxation, energy, consumer products, education, and trade. He has extensive experience advancing client priorities through the appropriations process, authorizing legislation, and regulatory engagement, and is frequently involved in coalition-based advocacy efforts involving multiple stakeholders. In recognition of his lobbying work and impact, Dylan was named a 2025 Top Lobbyist by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE). 

Prior to joining the Policy Resolution Group, Dylan served as a national security and healthcare policy fellow in the office of Congressman Andy Kim of New Jersey, where he advised the Congressman on matters related to his work on the House Armed Services Committee. Earlier in his career, Dylan was director of programs and congressional engagement at the HillVets Foundation and worked as a legislative associate at a Washington, DC boutique lobbying firm, where he supported federal lobbying and advocacy efforts on behalf of a diverse client base.
