Danielle Altink advises clients on a range of corporate and project development matters within the energy sector, with a particular concentration on the oil and gas industry. Danielle focuses her practice on M&A, project development, joint ventures and commercial contracts with experience that covers the full energy value chain from upstream oil and gas to downstream sectors. She has broad experience in the LNG sector, having advised on the structuring, development and project execution of floating LNG projects in Africa and the project financing and development of LNG to power projects in South America and Southeast Asia. Danielle also counsels clients on renewable energy, mining and energy transition.
