The Trump administration is reportedly ready to mount an aggressive effort to revoke the Environmental Protection Agency’s endangerment finding, a foundational climate change legal finding that greenhouse gas emissions endanger human health.

“I think they would be spending an enormous amount of time trying to do something that would not survive in the long term,” Bracewell’s Jeff Holmstead told Landmark.

“And I think there’s also a pretty significant question as to whether revoking the endangerment finding would pass muster in the courts,” he said.
