AUSTIN – Law360 recognized Bracewell LLP’s Timothy A. Wilkins as a 2023 Environmental MVP. He is one of 171 lawyers recognized this year for excellence across 37 areas of practice.

Wilkins is a partner in Bracewell’s environment, lands and resources practice, co-chair of the firm’s ESG practice and managing partner of the Austin office. He also helped pioneer the development and use of the “new owner audit policy” applied by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and currently represents several clients with these matters. In addition, Wilkins represents major businesses on the complex environmental aspects of their significant transactions and other ventures, such as Cactus, Inc.’s $621 million acquisition of FlexSteel Technologies Holdings, Inc. and Phillips 66’s sale of the Belle Chasse Terminal.

Law360, a Portfolio Media, Inc. publication, reviewed over 900 submissions from 76 leading law firms to select this year’s winners.
