HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP partner Phillip L. Sampson Jr. has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers chosen through a confidential nomination and investigation process. Sampson was inducted during the College’s recent spring meeting in Phoenix, Arizona.
Sampson is based in Houston and represents clients in a diverse range of complex business litigation and arbitration matters involving the energy, construction, manufacturing, steel, oil field services, chemical, petrochemical, software, financial services, consumer products and real estate sectors. He also co-chairs the firm’s construction litigation practice group. Sampson joins four other Bracewell litigators who are active Fellows – Stephen L. Braga, Richard C. Danysh, J. Clifford Gunter III and Barbara S. Jones.
