PARIS – Bracewell France AARPI advised Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC and other lenders on the €74 million financing of the Tortille Wind Farm, an important onshore wind farm located in Somme département in Hauts-de-France.
The financing will enable the construction and operation of a wind farm with 10 turbines and a total installed capacity of 45 MW. The project will produce 115 GWh of renewable electricity per year.
This transaction completes a broader bank financing program with five operations finalized for 2025/early 2026, totaling 340 MW. Bracewell advised the lenders on two of these financings.
By securing this significant funding, the project is well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to regional energy supply and support France’s broader objectives towards carbon neutrality.
Bracewell advised on all aspects of the financing, including structuring, due diligence, the management of project aspects and the negotiation of the senior debt facilities.
