Véronique Bruel focuses her practice on debt finance structures for energy and infrastructure-related projects in France and French-speaking Africa, as well as asset-backed financings in relation to the aviation, shipping, rail and urban transport sectors, having more than 30 years’ experience advising banks, international finance institutions, governments, sponsors as well as investment funds. Véronique has gained a broad and in-depth knowledge of IFIs’ requirements, including AFD, EIB, KfW, Proparco, the World Bank group and in particular IFC.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Véronique was counsel at an international law firm in Paris.
