Tyler Sommers represents developers, borrowers, owners and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing and divestiture of large commercial real estate projects. Tyler has experience in real estate transactions involving office, multifamily, industrial, storage, retail and mixed use developments. He also routinely advises clients on resolving issues related to real estate development, construction finance and leasing matters.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Tyler served as real estate and development counsel at Topgolf.
