Steve’s experience includes representing renewable energy project developers and operators, utilities, and investors in the financing, acquisition, disposition, and development of energy transition projects, including solar, wind, energy storage, carbon capture and sequestration, and clean fuel projects. He helps his clients navigate complicated tax issues while providing business-oriented solutions from the early stages of project development through tax credit monetization. As part of that representation, Steve regularly negotiates tax provisions across various contractual arrangements relating to tax credit qualification and monetization utilizing a variety of structures.
