Sherry Hehl is a paralegal in the firm’s public finance practice group. She assists with the management and organization of closings for tax-exempt financings and tax credits for affordable housing projects, including document preparation, formation of limited liability companies, property tax exemptions, document signing and tracking, finalizing and assembling closing documents and preparation of closing transcripts.

Sherry also assists with monitoring and maintaining filing requirements for deadlines with the Texas Bond Review Board and the Office of the Texas Attorney General in connection with tax exempt bond issuances including the filing and submission of private activity bond applications, filings and bond transcript submissions.
