Seth Rosenberg focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, strategic investments and fund formation. Seth represents a wide range of clients, from first-time fund sponsors to seasoned family offices and anchor investors on the regulation, structure, formation and marketing of private investment funds. He has significant experience advising clients on complex private equity transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Seth was an associate in the Houston office of an international law firm.
