Mary Buzak provides general counsel and special development counsel services to local governments, including cities, counties, special districts and local government corporations, with a focus on real estate transactions, economic development incentives, tax increment financing and parks and green space. Prior to joining Bracewell, Mary held positions in the City of Houston Legal Department, the City of Cincinnati Solicitor’s Office, the Texas Legislative Council and the US Department of Labor.
