Lourdes Zavaleta represents clients in a broad range of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including the purchase and sale of energy assets and companies and the financing and development of energy projects.

During law school, Lourdes served as chief articles editor of the South Texas Law Review and also completed an internship with the Harris County Attorney’s Office — General Counsel Division.
