Kim McCrea focuses her practice on healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse analysis, contractual disputes, and evaluation and management of responses to investigations. She also has experience with general business and complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and banking and fiduciary litigation.

In addition, Kim has tried numerous jury trials for the Dallas County District Attorney’s office.

Landowner — summary judgement for seller in action brought by buyer to recover taxes*
