Joshua S. Cunningham

Joshua Cunningham focuses his practice on regulatory, litigation, enforcement, and policy matters across the energy and infrastructure industries. During law school, he served on The George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law and concentrated on energy law with the intersection of international law. Additionally, he was an active member of Lambda Law and worked as a law clerk for multiple nonprofit organizations.
