Jessica Hastings advises lenders and sponsors on complex finance transactions across the energy, power, mining and infrastructure sectors in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Her experience spans project finance, acquisition finance and syndicated lending, with a focus on large-scale, cross-border transactions.

In addition, Jessica spent six months on secondment to a firm in Mexico City, where she advised on the implementation of Mexico’s landmark energy reforms.
