Greg Fantin advises hospitals and other healthcare providers on complex Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement disputes, payor disputes, regulatory compliance matters and healthcare payment strategies. Drawing on deep knowledge of federal and state reimbursement programs, he helps clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements while protecting and maximizing critical revenue streams. Greg also represents providers in complex contractual disputes with managed care providers.

Greg has experience representing academic medical systems, hospitals and other providers in appeals before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board. He also counsels nationwide hospital systems on participation in Medicaid directed payment programs, the design and implementation of Medicaid managed care quality initiatives, and strategic contracting arrangements with local government entities.
