Cliff Husted represents healthcare providers on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, including contractual disputes, reimbursement disputes, business torts, and industry regulations. He also has extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation involving contract, intellectual property, fiduciary duty, and real estate matters. Cliff’s experience is multifaceted and ranges from providing complex compliance and regulatory analyses to sitting “first chair” in arbitrations and trials. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Cliff was a litigation partner at an international law firm. He also served as a Briefing Attorney to the Honorable Davie L. Wilson of the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas.
