Ashley Ramos is a paralegal in the firm’s real estate practice group and focuses on title and survey diligence related to cogeneration facilities, energy transition infrastructure projects, including wind and solar farms, as well as pipeline projects, office and hospitality related projects, multi-use development and site leasing.

Ashley also assists with the preparation and filing of UCC documents, and other corporate and general real estate transactional matters.
