About Sarah Tahir
Based in Dallas, Tahir has extensive experience representing airport systems, cities, tollway authorities and financial institutions in a variety of complex public finance matters. As bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel, she has advised on over $20 billion in financings for critical infrastructure projects. Tahir also serves on the executive council of the Texas chapter of Women in Public Finance, a national non-profit dedicated to advancing the careers of women in public finance by providing educational and networking opportunities.
