Victoria Ozimek will speak on “Private Activity Bond Tests: Real World Considerations” at the National Association of Bond Lawyers: The Workshop. The panelists will review the basic principles of the private activity bond tests and address issues frequently encountered in identifying and allocating private business use of bond-financed property.
