HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP partners Jason Cohen, Mark Dendinger and William A. (Trey) Wood III have been named to Lawdragon’s annual listing of the 500 Leading US Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers in America.
Cohen represents corporate debtors and senior and junior secured creditors in all phases of corporate debt restructurings, including negotiating out-of-court workouts and litigating in-court Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases with assets ranging from $20 million to more than $1 billion.
Dendinger advises debtors, equity owners, creditors, ad hoc groups, creditors’ committees, asset purchasers and other distressed investors (including hedge funds and private equity funds) in bankruptcies, acquisitions, out-of-court workouts, financings, litigation, section 363 sales and other restructuring transactions.
Wood, who chairs Bracewell’s financial restructuring department, represents debtors, creditors, committees and other parties in interest in all facets of the bankruptcy process and out-of-court restructurings, including plan creation and confirmation, asset purchases and sales, claim allowance disputes and complex bankruptcy litigation.
