HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) in its recent public offering of $1.25 billion of senior notes, which included $750,000,000 of 2.000% senior notes due 2031 and $500,000,000 of 3.250% senior notes due 2050.

BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, Barclays, BMO Capital Markets, Mizuho Securities, Scotiabank, Société Générale and TD Securities served as joint book-running managers in the transaction.

The offering closed August 5, 2020.

Eric McCord, Vice President and Managing Counsel, and Angela S. Teer, Assistant General Counsel of Kinder Morgan, led the transaction for the in-house legal team.
