HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented BC Roma LLC in connection with its acquisition of Vanoli Cremona, a Serie A Italian basketball team. The transaction closed on May 28, 2026.
BC Roma, a newly formed holding company, is comprised of an investor group including Donnie Nelson and Luka Doncic, among others. BC Roma plans to relocate Vanoli Cremona from Cremona to Rome.
