DUBAI Bracewell LLP has been named a finalist for UAE Specialist Law Firm of the Year at the Chambers Middle East Awards 2025, which recognizes a firm’s excellence in the region based on research for the upcoming Chambers Global 2025 guide. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Dubai on April 10.

Bracewell’s market leadership in the Middle East stems from its work on a high volume of innovative, first-of-their-kind matters, reflecting a strong commitment to client service across the region. This year, the firm represented the consortium comprising Vision International Investment Company, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC and Gulf Investment Corporation in relation to its successful bid for, winning and financial close of the Juranah Independent Strategic Water Reservoir Project – the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under a build, own, operate, transfer mode. In the healthcare sector, Bracewell also advised the lenders to Saudi Arabia’s very first hospital PPP. The project comprises the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a 244-bed public emergency hospital and associated facilities in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In November 2024, Bracewell also advised Sony Music on the successful acquisition of world-renowned artist Amr Diab’s music catalog. This deal is the first of its kind for a music catalog acquisition for an artist in the Middle East region.

Bracewell’s Dubai office is a regional hub for clients with interests in the Middle East and North Africa region. The firm represents companies in the energy, utilities, healthcare, defense, automotive, manufacturing, banking and professional services sectors on project development and project finance, construction, and commercial and corporate matters.
