- Sol Systems in a $675 million financing to support the buildout of utility-scale solar and storage projects – one of the first solar construction warehouse credit facilities in the market
- Trafigura on a $1 billion prepayment agreement with the Republic of Gabon, a landmark sovereign-backed commodity financing supported by future crude oil production across a diversified portfolio of assets
