PARIS – Bracewell France AARPI advised BPCE Energeco and a group of lenders on the €240 million financing of HSR Wind Farm, a 150-MW onshore wind farm located in the Ardennes département, in France’s Grand Est region.
This landmark renewable energy project is one of France’s largest onshore wind developments, contributing meaningfully to the country’s energy‑transition objectives and to the expansion of low‑carbon power-generation capacity.
Bracewell’s Paris team advised on all aspects of the financing, including structuring, due diligence, the management of project aspects and the negotiation of the senior debt facilities.
