LONDON – BlueNord ASA’s $1.4 billion reserve based lending facility was named the Refinance of the Year – Oil & Gas, Europe at the 2024 IJGlobal Awards, which were held in London on March 5, 2025.
Bracewell advised BlueNord, the second largest oil and gas producer in Denmark, on the refinancing. London managing partner Jason Fox led the Bracewell team, which also included Houston counsel Leslie Hansen and London senior associate Rory Wilson.
