AI’s Billion-Dollar Boom

With developers scrambling to get in on the data center wave, not every project is guaranteed to move forward, but there are still many projects that will. Some experts see too much momentum behind AI to be worried, while others urge caution.

“I think that it’s fair to say that probably a large chunk of that pipeline is likely not to get built,” Bracewell’s Jared Berg told the Houston Business Journal.

“But I would also say that from what we’re seeing and hearing, this is not a fake craze.”
