Bracewell senior political strategist Liam Donovan told Agence France-Presse that Vice President Kamala Harris scored points on Donald Trump in their first presidential debate.

He added that Trump “largely whiffed” in his efforts to tie his opponent to President Joe Biden, instead “going on angry tirades.”

“It will surely boost morale at a time when Democrats are getting anxious,” Donovan said.
