He has experience advising lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a wide range of multijurisdictional project financings, infrastructure export credit facilities and reserve-based lending financings involving renewable energy, natural resources and power assets. He has also advised syndicates and borrowers on commodities, trade, leveraged and acquisition financings.
