HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP partner Andy Monk will be honored by Texas Lawyer as an “On the Rise” lawyer at the 2025 Texas Legal Awards, which will be held in Dallas on September 25.
Monk, a partner in Bracewell’s Houston office, is among a select group of lawyers under the age of 40 who are influential in their practice areas in Texas and beyond. He represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Promoted to partner in January 2025, Monk is recognized for his work on a number of notable M&A transactions.
The Texas Legal Awards are presented annually by ALM Media’s Texas Lawyer and highlight the outstanding work and achievements across the full breadth of the state’s legal community.
