Bracewell’s Jeff Holmstead recently joined Columbia University’s Columbia Energy Exchange podcast to discuss the Environmental Protection Agency’s repeal of its greenhouse gas endangerment finding. Holmstead told host Bill Loveless that, at present, legal challenges have come exclusively from environmental groups.
“So as far as I know so far, it’s only been a very large coalition of the environmental community,” Holmstead said. “They were the first ones, I think, at the courthouse door after the decision was published. We certainly expect that there will be many others, different groups in different states.”
