Crain, who serves as chair of Bracewell’s litigation section and is a member of the firm’s management committee, focuses on energy sector disputes, including oil and gas royalty class actions, power trading and carbon capture credit claims. He is recognized for leading billion-dollar and precedent-setting commercial cases.

Benoit leads Bracewell’s energy litigation practice. He has represented virtually every oil and gas and power industry area, including E&P companies, pipeline companies, drilling companies, refiners, chemical plants, power plant owners, private equity investors, and oilfield service and supply companies.
