On the litigation front, Bracewell’s Texas trial team secured a complete dismissal of all claims in the landmark Winter Storm Uri multidistrict litigation, shielding several clients from the risk of similar disputes.
Another key factor in Bracewell’s ongoing success in Texas is its market-leading public finance practice, which advises clients in the healthcare and real estate sectors, as well as municipalities, school districts, airports and other entities.
