HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is advising Cactus, Inc. (NYSE: WHD) in its acquisition from Baker Hughes Company of the Baker Hughes Surface Pressure Control Business through a joint venture between certain subsidiaries of Baker Hughes Company and Cactus Companies, LLC, a subsidiary of Cactus, in which Cactus will own 65 percent and assume operational control of the business.
