Kennedy Williams represents clients in a broad range of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including the purchase and sale of energy assets and companies and the financing and development of energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.

During law school, Kennedy served on the Virginia Environmental Law Journal.
