Bracewell’s Managing Partner Greg Bopp discussed how the firm has maintained its collaborative culture despite the remote work environment created by the COVID-19 pandemic in a special report published by The American Lawyer.

With 10 offices worldwide, Bopp says one single tradition that has done the most to stabilize culture and communication is the firm’s Monday morning meeting for lawyers and senior staff across all offices. Instead of lawyers gathering in a conference room every Monday morning for the firmwide call, where lawyers give updates on work and discuss firm matters, the event has continued virtually.

“It’s been a huge benefit to us. In many ways, it’s enabled us to maintain our collaborative culture,” Bopp said.
