Sales Tax on Data Processing Services

Bucky Brannen will participate in a panel that includes tax practitioners and a senior member of the Texas Comptroller’s tax policy team. The panel will discuss sales tax on data processing services including the difficulties of complying with and administering the tax, recent updates to Comptroller regulations and examples of taxpayer disputes.
