Bracewell’s Ann Navaro participated in The Construction Broadsheet’s “Legal Q and A” column to answer questions about how looming changes in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) could impact construction projects.
Navaro looks at the recent NEPA changes announced by the White House, if projects can expect delays because of the changes, and could there be delays from litigation under NEPA.
