Energy Compliance Network (ECN) to Present “Documenting the Process and Findings”

The final presentation of ECN’s Summer Series was “Documenting the Process and Findings.” This session was held virtually on September 2, 2020. Applying and expanding upon the prior sessions, this session addressed the question of whether and how to document an internal inquiry. We discussed approaches for memorializing compliance reviews and discussed lessons learned from enforcement cases.
