HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Enbridge, Inc., one of North America’s largest midstream companies, in connection with its subsidiary’s investment as a 45 percent equity partner in OnStream CO2, LLC alongside Carbonvert, LLC and Castex Carbon Solutions, LLC.
OnStream is a developer of carbon storage projects along the southern coast of Louisiana, including the GeoDura CO2 Storage Hub offshore of Cameron Parish where injection operations are expected in 2028.
As a part of its commitment to Onstream, Enbridge has agreed to act as OnStream’s preferred CO2 transportation provider.
