WASHINGTON, DC – E. Dee Martin, a partner at Bracewell LLP and co-head of the firm’s Policy Resolution Group, has been named to the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics’ (NILE) 2024 Top Lobbyists list. Recognized for her legislative accomplishments and community involvement, Martin joins other leading lobbyists, PAC managers and grassroots professionals honored this year.
This is Martin’s third consecutive year on NILE’s list, underscoring her ongoing commitment to advocacy and her contributions to energy sustainability, LGBTQ+ rights and gender equality.
Her work with Air Liquide, a pioneer in energy innovation, has propelled hydrogen energy initiatives forward. Martin’s advocacy with Congress, the White House and the Department of Energy has advanced decarbonization goals, securing participation in six (of seven) regional hydrogen hub projects, with potential federal funding of up to $7 billion. Martin is also recognized for founding and hosting the Madam Policy podcast, where she engages women leaders from the Administration, Congress and industry in impactful energy policy discussions.
