Kathryn (Kit) Schroeder advises companies on environmental matters, assisting clients in navigating environmental audits, permitting issues and the environmental aspects of business transactions.
Kit is a member of Bracewell’s incident response training and has completed our formal incident response training program, which includes obtaining AIChE Safety and Chemical Engineering Education certificates in process safety and risk assessment and a federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
As a former attorney with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Kit assisted with matters pertaining to industrial and hazardous waste, as well as municipal solid waste.
