Katherine Milton focuses her practice on municipal finance and public law matters, in which she serves as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel. Her clients include cities, counties, school districts, water districts, colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, airports and state agencies.
